I'm using fable and opus about 25%75/% respectively. I have a 3 step process - discuss a topic and create a review, convert the review to a task file and update the design docs, then finally implement the task file in code. Normally around 300-1000 loc implemented for a change, more for a new UI page or whatever.
And honestly it's incredibly good.
- 50% of the time it'll generate code that I accept wholesale.
- 25%: it maybe makes a choice I don't like, or the implementation isn't the approach I liked, so I tweak it.
-10%: it needlessly creates semi-duplicate function logic, so it's a lot more code and execution paths become hard to conceptualise
-10%: it mirrors business logic it shouldn't, and subtly changes it. Which needs a huge amount of intervention to fix.
- 5% it goes completely off the rails. Eg decided that business/application logic should be in the database.
Prompt and check this honestly works very well (still waiting on tests with more than a handful of paying customers however!) but a FULLY automated agent pipeline? I'm not convinced.
Also without a CC subscription, paying per token, it would be horrifically expensive for my approach.
I'm not totally sure what you mean. You can validate the proof using lean, which is what it's for--the whole magic of it is you don't have to just trust what AI says. That said, to your larger point, there are loopholes, and we'd certainly better be able to read the statement in lean, etc.

That inertia is not a good thing, and it's partially why there's stagnation in data science. Polars is more than mature enough in both documentation and resources for it to be a daily driver.
I couldn't imagine someone running campaign like that intentionally but it's apparently cheap to do so. 20 minutes of my time is apparently worth 3 cent. Those 5 hours watching the same ad again and again probably cost the spammer 2 euro.

I've owned two Hondas and I would not touch another one. Both had transmission failures at under 200K miles, and numerous less serious issues. I will say that the engines seem good.

I know this isn't the solution you are looking for, but there is a fairly simple workaround and IMO it is superior: set up a Samba server or a Nextcloud instance, either at home or in the cloud, place it with behind a Wireguard tunnel, and don't store anything on the phone itself other than apps and things like maps for OsmAnd that can be redownloaded if lost. The Nextcloud app can automatically sync photos or other files too.
If my phone were lost, stolen or destroyed, I would simply revoke its Wireguard key, buy a new Pixel, flash Graphene, and provision a new Wireguard key. Essentially no data of value would be lost, and restoring what I have manually would take about an hour. Admittedly, I don't use many apps, so YMMV.
Only in the last few years did I start using SQL properly. Before that my pipelines would live in python. Now I offload as much to the db as possible, and keep my python simple glue. I'm very happy with this compared to other methods in pandas or polars.
If I still need to do db-like things in python I think duckdb is better.
