If HF holds OAI accountable to pay for "rogue" agent behavior, the rest of the business world will be more afraid of adopting AI, which will reduce demand for Nvidia GPUs, possibly at a long-term cost to Nvidia much greater than $100M.
Whether or not a human is putting in any effort to ensure the safeguards are enabled and working should be the million dollar question. And even more expensive if the safeguards were deliberately disabled for a "our AI is so smart we can't contain it" marketing piece.
In a hospital setting nobody will be degloving your finger - this is a common situation, and they have pliers that will crack/shatter the tungsten for removal.
There is no transcript - you make claims about what Apple “never mentions “ but they do - in great detail:

You just ignored the previous point. You linked to the audio never getting recorded or leaving the device. The previous post said the transcription of that audio leave that part of the device. They must, otherwise they could not be displayed and saved.
let's see, next year i'll be due for a new iPad mini and iPhone pro max. $1300 for one, $600 for the other (or $750 if I want cellular, which I actually do), and suddenly this doesn't look out of reach... if only I could use a stylus with it!
Why do you think I put “free” in quotes? Realistically I was never going to keep the phone longer than the two year finance term anyway, because back when I started doing it a two-year old phone would be really starting to show its age running newer software. So I could either pay monthly and get a phone every two years, or pay monthly and get a phone every year.
Of course, these days a three or four or more year old phone is often still perfectly usable even for a tech enthusiast.

It does all of this using what compute? Frontier models require an insane amount of power and hardware to run - you can’t hack in to a TV and run Mythos 2.0 on it….
But you can silently sneak into devs accounts, steal tokens/keys and run small agents on their budget in some stolen VMs. Small so it's not noticeable.
Basically a virus spreading agents of some operation.
It should be in scope of imagination with anyone with brief knowledge how bot nets are made and behave.
