I find that using extensions to block procrastination websites doesn't quite work for me (I always find another rabbit hole).
So I made this small extension yesterday that instead inserts my workflowy todo list in hacker news.
I have no idea if this is going to work, but worth a try.
The code is _bad_ feel free to fork and make it better.
